Our solution is aimed at mobile workers and individuals to provide “on the go” connectivity either for leisure or professional Internet connection.

History

January 2001:	SmartCom is set up and the very first customer signs, it is Sagem.
February 2001:	the very first releases of WellPhone are shipped.
End 2001:	SmartCom is the very first company to release a full-featured universal solution. SmartCom wins the trophy of most innovative enterprise (CCI) with the software WellPhone. Regional award for international performance
Early 2002:	Pocket PC version is delivered.
Mid 2002:	International strategy to develop business outside France.
End 2002:	SmartCom has 6 employees.
Early 2003:	SmartCom signs with a representing agent in China for the Asian market. Sagem signs for a long term business relationship.
End 2003:	SmartCom has 15 employees and continues to hire.
2004:	CDMA, WiFi and 3G (UMTS) technologies are integrated. SmartCom continues employing more and more.
2005:	Bluetooth and EDGE are integrated into our solutions !
2006:	New strategical contract signed to provide APIs for one of the world wide major SIM cards manufacturer. Arrival of Guy PUECH, General Manager.
